What We Believe
Calvary Chapel has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only to their over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ. At Calvary Chapel we take the Bible literally; simply teaching The Word simply
Each message is taken directly from the Bible and taught scripture by scripture, verse by verse so that all can understand what God is saying to us, and apply it to a normal, everyday life. “Rejoice always” may seem unobtainable, but according to God’s Word, that is His Will, this is exactly what He wants us to strive for in this life. God’s Word is powerful and alive. So, regardless of our own trials and celebrations, He is speaking directly to each one of us according to our need at that moment in time.
