Ephesians 2:10 – For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Paul is specifically talking about the body of believers from the day of Pentecost until the Rapture of the church. The word for workmanship is poiema from which we get our word poem. The church is God’s poem and His new creation. This word denotes a work of art or a masterpiece. You are a masterpiece created by God! For what have you been created? For good works. While, it is true, you are seated in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus, you are also to walk down here in a way that will bring glory to His name.

Challenge:

You do not need to try and figure out what you need to do today. For God has already prepared what you will do and how you will make the greatest impact for Him. Your challenge this week is to confidently walk in what God has equipped you to do. Thank Him in advance of all He has done in your life and all He will do each day this week. Let the Lord take what He has created in you and use your life today to make a difference in peoples lives. You will be surprised on how much God places His trust in you.
